The Foundation has provided Thanksgiving Dinners to "under-the-radar" needy based on recommendations from friends, churches, schools, et al. These recipients are those who probably won't go to an established agency for help - perhaps someone lost a job, a medical situation has arisen, the death of a primary wage-earner. These are anonymous nominations. Last year, the local organization fed 75 families, and they have a larger goal this year.
